What inspires me to be a miniature artist?

I LOVE breathing life into the pieces! To take one artist’s creation and add my vision to it? It’s hard to put into words, but I feel……filed.

I also love getting the WOW factor from people who aren’t in the industry, family and friends, who see just how much detail can be put into something less than 6 inches tall. The look of amazement and wonder on kids’ faces when they see something I painted.

That look, it is something that you lose as you get older. It’s also very humbling when people IN the industry are wowed as well!

I’ve been blessed with a talent that I work hard to improve every time I start a new piece.

Paying it forward to MHCP means so much to me. To be able to use my talent to help others. What better reason to be an artist?

If this is what the universe intends for me to do with this talent, who am I to question it?
