Kayle Larson’s Mental Health Interview

What inspires me to be a miniature artist is that I have always been an artist, once I started painting minis I found the form that felt right.

I continue chasing this dream to show others that dreams are worth chasing no matter where you come from or your background dreams can come true.

What the mental health charity means to me is safety and change. While we are not trained we know firsthand what it’s like to have mental health ignored. MHCP means a chance to help others find education about mental health problems as well as awareness. With the hope to bring about change, we can get rid of the stigma by showing it’s ok to get help for mental health and wrong to shun those who do.

The mental health charity is also a second home, with a chosen family. A place that is safe and where one can be variable, ask for help, comfort, or just an ear. Knowing you will not be alone and not be judged; where are others who will lift you up when they need it.

Thank You Kayle For Sharing Your Story With Us.
